Hey, we're Imogen and Joe!

We're a husband-and-wife team with a shared love of movement, fitness, and helping people feel good in their bodies.

Joe is a qualified UK Physiotherapist turned Personal Trainer, combining clinical knowledge with a practical, down-to-earth approach to fitness. Whether it's personal training or group classes, his focus is on helping people build strength, move better, and feel more confident.

Imogen is a Yoga Alliance accredited Yoga Teacher, as well as a qualified Fitness and Pilates Instructor. She loves creating classes that help people improve strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility while making movement something to look forward to, not something to tick off a to-do list.

Together, we create a space where fitness, yoga, and Pilates are accessible, enjoyable, and free from pressure. No intimidating gym culture, no unrealistic expectations, just effective classes designed to help you move more, feel stronger, and enjoy the process.
